How HM Makeover started

Years ago, I watched my mother, Mamta, greet women passing our window with a smile. She had no salon, but her kindness made people feel beautiful. That became the dream I carried.
When my daughter, Harleen, was born, I wanted her to grow up seeing women feel confident and proud. I worked, saved, and held on to that dream until I could open a salon of my own.
I named it HM Makeover for the two women at the heart of my life: H for Harleen and her bright future, M for Mamta and her loving blessings. From opening day, it became more than a salon—a place to feel seen, share a laugh, and leave with a lighter heart.
I believe a makeover begins with caring for yourself: drink water, sleep well, wear sunscreen, eat fresh, and treat your skin and hair with kindness. Most of all, smile—confidence is the best makeup. Today, Mamta watches over us from above, and Harleen hopes to carry this legacy forward. At HM Makeover, we celebrate the beauty that was always there.
